4. Customer Address Responsibility

(b) Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

(b) These fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. jolivix does not include or reimburse customs-related charges in product pricing or shipping fees.

7. Missing, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact the shipping carrier and our support team promptly.
